Dangerous Goods (DG) are articles or substances which are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, proprerty or the enviroment and which are shown in the list of dangerous goods in the applicable Dangerous Goods regulations or classified as dangerous in those regulations.

Shipping of Dangerous goods to all South Island destinations will take 3 – 6 days.
Makeup Collective is happy to exchange or refund any damaged on arrival goods purchased online for up to 7 days of receipt. Damaged returned products will be refunded to the original purchases credit card within 7 days.
We will reimburse postage for damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items only.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.
How to Make a Return, provided goods are returned in their original, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.
1. Fill out the details on the returns form, including whether you would like a refund OR exchange. Tear off the Returns Form and place it in your parcel along with the goods to be returned or exchanged. Send the parcel to:

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and are returned to us by courier with a tracking number. Please note that Makeup Collective is not responsible for the damage or loss of items being returned.
Please choose carefully before purchasing on line as Makeup Collective will not exchange items unless faulty.
Incorrect or Faulty Goods
We take great care checking all orders to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards and that we are sending you exactly what you asked for. However, if you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Wear and Tear
Please be aware that general wear and tear of products does not constitute a refund. If you have any issues with purchases made it must be put in writing and emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org and any replacements or refunds of products are at Makeup Collectives discretion.
We do not accept exchange or refund requests for special product mark downs, samples, sale items or items that are no longer stocked unless the goods are unknowingly defective.
Your refund will be credited back to the original purchases credit card. Please be aware it may take several days for the refund to show in your account.
All refunds can be held in credit against your membership for future purchases if requested. On occasion we may owe you an amount which is $5.00 or less in total. Our policy is to hold this amount and to deduct it from your next order.
